明け方、目が覚めて…久しぶりにやってしまった。お菓子。
危ないことをわかっててやっちゃう。こりゃだめだわ。
○→ お弁当持参。にんじん&シメジ炒め、にらたま、じゃがいもベーコン巻き、レタス
×→ 夕食@8:45pm。しかもちょっと食べ過ぎ。

Good→ Made Bento (Sauteed carrot and shimeji, fried egg with Chinese chive, bacon rolled potato, some lettuce)
Bad→ Late dinner @8:45pm. Overate.
