つまりは食べ方ですか。

×→忘年会。しかも3次会まで。食べた飲んだ!!
I often eat noodle (soba, ramen, spaghetti) just because I love them!
I want to consider that there is no problem to eat noodle when I'm trying to reduce my weight if I can eat wise. But what does "eat wise" mean??
Good of today→Maybe none in terms of this experiment
Bad of today→Went to the first year end party until third one. Ate a log and Drank a lot!! Good job.
