あらぁ。開始時より増えちゃったぁ。
昨日のディナーはゴージャスだったけど、考えて食べたつもりだったんだけどねぇ。
つまりそれじゃだめってことで。
3日でリセットしようっと。
強い味方は「豆乳」です!
今日は夕食が遅くなることが想定されたので、朝も軽く、ランチは豆乳とにんじん生姜ジュースで。
写真はVIVAVEでの夕食。生ハムの豆乳クリームスパゲティ。

○→ 昨日の豪華ディナーをリセットするような食べ方ができた。
×→ 夕食が10pm過ぎだった。



OMG #2. Gained...
Though I had a big dinner last night, I stilll thought I had eaten wise :)
Well, then, I'll try to reset in three days. Can I??
The book says "Soy milk" will be of help.
I had known that I would have dinner late tonight, so I tried to eat wise.
Light breakfast, soy milk and carrot & ginger joice for lunch.
Dinner was pasta with raw ham, soy milk cream sauce.

Good→ Tried to eat wise in order to reset the gorgeous dinner last night.
Bad→ Dinner was after 10pm...late!
